Arrival and departure:
For all stays, arrival is from 16 and departure not later than 10. If arriving after 18, please inform the centre the day before. The centre’s facilities are available from 12 on the day of arrival until 16 on the day of departure. The centre is closed from 1st December 2011 to 2st January 2012.

Activity card:
On arrival, one activity card is given for each house. You will need this card to enjoy the water world. Replacement cards cost DKK 50. The use of all the activities is at our own risk. The water world has no lifeguard supervision.

Booking and payment:
50% of the rent must be paid not later than 10 days after you receive confirmation of your booking. The reminder must be paid at least 45 days before arrival. If the first payment is not made, the reservation is automatically cancelled. The rented period can be changed up to 30 days before its start date at a cost of DKK 250.

Holiday packages:
The full rent (100%) must be paid not later than 10 days after you receive confirmation of your booking.  When booking types 2, 3, 7 and 8, there is a min. of 2 and a max. of 6 people per house. We reserve the right to decide on the house type. Holiday packages cannot be booked in weeks 25-34.

Cancellation:
The tenant has the right to cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the start of the booking, with a cancellation charge of DKK 500 per house. In the event of cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of  the rent will be returned. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date, the full price will be charged.

Cancellation protection:
Cancellation protection, which costs 5% of the total rent, will result in repayment of the total rent (upon production of a medical certificate), if the cancellation is due to acute illness of, accident to or death of the tenant or the tenant’s spouse, child, parent or sibling. Cancellation insurance is obligatory and is paid as part of the first installment. Cancellation must be in writing and is valid from the date of receipt. An administration fee of DKK 500 is charge on repayment of the rent.

Complaints:
Any complaints should be directed to the reception immediately on arrival. Complaints that are not made until after departure cannot be expected to be dealt with, as the centre was not given the opportunity to resolve the problem during the stay.

Deposit:
For school, sports and group tours a deposit of DKK 730 per house is charged. Deposits can be withheld for up to 14 days after departure.

House reservation:
Your house number will be disclosed on arrival – it is not possible to reserve a particular house number. With group bookings we cannot guarantee that the holiday homes will be next to each other. The house will not be pre-heated unless so ordered at least 2 days before arrival.

Tenant’s responsibilities:
The tenant is obliged to respect the rules and regulations of the centre. The tenant is fully liable for the furniture and equipment of the house. The house may not be occupied by more than the number of people stated in the price list.
It is prohibited to place tents, camper vans or the like on the centre’s grounds. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Noise must be kept to a minimum in the centre after 10 pm (11 pm in July and August).

Cleaning and electricity:
Cleaning after departure is included in the price. Electricity is not included. The house must be left in good order. Dishwashers, fridges and bins must be emptied. Used kitchen utensils must be washed. Furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils from other houses must be returned.

Remember:
The following things must be brought or can be bought/rented in reception: Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, toilet paper, cloths and cleaning products.

Force majeure:
If the tenancy is impeded on the grounds of force majeure: natural catastrophe, strike, acts of war, riots, theft, insect infestation of the house or the like, Ho Holiday Center is not responsible for compensation for interrupted or incompleted stays.

Reservations:
Prices for 2011 are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are stated subject to fluctuation, typing errors and the like.
